Updates on my diet

I got sick and had to stop my diet. Becouse of the medication I have been eaten like a fat cow! I gained 9 pounds in that mounth that I was sick.
I felt so ugly, and so fat. Then I dicided to lose that weith and get back on shape!!
There is already to weeks that I eat in 1100Kcal per day.
My belly it is better now. I still have 3 pounds to lose but I´m getting better.

Am I ever gonna eat normally again??(and not get fat of course!!)
