Today I had:
Breakfast: Tea , 1 slice of light bread with diet jelly (100kcal)
Lunch: Lettuce and green grape salad (40Kcal) , 30g of ground meat (67Kcal)
Snaks: 1 cookie (Oreo) (30Kcal)
Dinner:Tea, 2 and a half egg bread with creamcheese (300Kcal) , 1/2 slice of cake (it was my grandmother birthdate) (79Kcal)
Total: 616Kcal
Exercise: 1 hour dancing.
